How I think

A useful product begins with the problem, not the framework.

I started with software, websites, interfaces, graphics, and experiments. Building for real people taught me that clean code is only part of the job: the workflow must make sense, the interface must communicate clearly, and the result must be useful.

That is why I work across product definition, UI/UX, development, and delivery. FrameCipher is one chapter of that experience, but this portfolio focuses on what I personally designed, built, decided, and learned.

“I like ideas better once they become something people can use.”

What I bring

Five parts of my building practice.

The roles I personally take on when moving a project from an early idea to a working release.

Five Parts of PracticeSwipe to explore →
01

Shape products

Turn an unclear requirement into a focused product scope, user flow, and practical delivery plan.

Personal capabilityHands-on
02

Build applications

Create responsive websites, web applications, dashboards, Firebase products, and internal tools.

Personal capabilityHands-on
03

Design interfaces

Translate ideas into clear information architecture, reusable UI systems, and polished interactions.

Personal capabilityHands-on
04

Connect workflows

Link forms, data, automation, analytics, and operational steps so the product works beyond the screen.

Personal capabilityHands-on
05

Learn by shipping

Use client work, founder experiments, and technical prototypes to test ideas and improve through delivery.

Personal capabilityHands-on

My approach

From an unclear brief to a usable release.

This is the process I personally use to understand a problem, make product decisions, build the interface, and learn from what ships.

Operating Loop (7 Steps)Swipe to explore →
01

Discover

Understand the user and constraint.

02

Define

Choose the problem worth solving.

03

Design

Map the flow and interface.

04

Build

Turn the plan into working software.

05

Test

Check behavior across real scenarios.

06

Ship

Release a usable version.

07

Iterate

Learn from use and improve.

What stays constant

I try to understand the reason behind the work, keep technical choices proportional to the problem, and leave the product clearer than I found it.

My progression

A personal path built through shipped work.

My experience developed through software, design, independent projects, founder responsibilities, and the lessons that came from delivering real products.

Act 0101

I started by building.

Code, websites, interfaces, graphics, applications, experiments, and 404Byte built the technical and creative foundation.

Act 0202

Real projects changed how I build.

Working on products for real users taught me to look beyond the interface at the workflow, decisions, and constraints around it.

Act 0303

Founder work widened my perspective.

Building 404Byte and later FrameCipher added product judgment, client communication, team coordination, and business context to my technical foundation.

Act 0404

Today, I remain hands-on.

I move between product thinking, interface design, codebases, technical decisions, and the operational details needed to ship.

Act 0505

The direction is product ownership.

I want to keep getting better at taking useful ideas from an unclear first brief to a reliable product people can actually use.

Experience & education

The roles that shaped how I build.
