How I think
I started with software, websites, interfaces, graphics, and experiments. Building for real people taught me that clean code is only part of the job: the workflow must make sense, the interface must communicate clearly, and the result must be useful.
That is why I work across product definition, UI/UX, development, and delivery. FrameCipher is one chapter of that experience, but this portfolio focuses on what I personally designed, built, decided, and learned.
“I like ideas better once they become something people can use.”
What I bring
The roles I personally take on when moving a project from an early idea to a working release.
My approach
This is the process I personally use to understand a problem, make product decisions, build the interface, and learn from what ships.
I try to understand the reason behind the work, keep technical choices proportional to the problem, and leave the product clearer than I found it.
My progression
My experience developed through software, design, independent projects, founder responsibilities, and the lessons that came from delivering real products.
Code, websites, interfaces, graphics, applications, experiments, and 404Byte built the technical and creative foundation.
Working on products for real users taught me to look beyond the interface at the workflow, decisions, and constraints around it.
Building 404Byte and later FrameCipher added product judgment, client communication, team coordination, and business context to my technical foundation.
I move between product thinking, interface design, codebases, technical decisions, and the operational details needed to ship.
I want to keep getting better at taking useful ideas from an unclear first brief to a reliable product people can actually use.
Experience & education
A concise record of my own responsibilities, independent work, founder experience, and engineering education.
Dhaka, Bangladesh
My role combines company direction with hands-on product work. I contribute to discovery, project scoping, client communication, interface and technical decisions, internal tools, and the systems used to move work from brief to delivery.
Islamic University of Technology (IUT)
I founded a technology-focused initiative around software, web products, UI/UX, graphics, and project systems. It formed the early technical foundation of my work.
Websites, applications, internal management systems, assessment platforms, and digital brand experiences.
Consumer venture work spanning product formulation, branding, unit economics, investor decks, and go-to-market execution.
The build side
GitHub is my technical archive: applications, internal tools, education systems, interface experiments, and the code behind selected portfolio projects.
Frameworks, languages, development tools, and design software I have worked with
Principle: Prioritizing system resilience, clean architecture, and velocity over tech stack vanity.
I am open to product development, web application work, technical collaboration, and conversations about useful ideas worth building.
